I took these a while ago – back in the Spring in fact – but the point still stands: the colours at Borough are unbelievably vibrant and lush. Though it’s become a bit of a tourist attraction, it’s still a favourite place to go on a lazy Saturday. Monmouth Coffee for a flat white is essential – the crowd is queuing for a very good reason – and if you’re feeling a bit delicate from the night before, a chorizo and pepper ciabatta from Brindisa will sort you out.
